Methods:
1. Microsimulation-based analyses: Emulate a hypothetical randomized trial within our observational cohort data
2. Machine Learning Target trial analyses: Identify relevant inclusion / exclusion criteria, intervention period and “dose,” and generating causal diagrams to identify confounders
